Thank you for considering University of Western States for your event. At this time, we are only able to accommodate space rental requests within normal campus hours. Campus hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30a.m.- 7:00 p.m., Saturday-Sunday campus is closed.
UWS is a working campus in in the Madison South neighborhood of Portland. The building has classrooms, conference rooms and multi-purpose spaces which can be rented to organizations and community groups for meetings and events. Submission of this request does not guarantee accommodation of your event. All requests are reviewed by administration, require approval of executive administration, and requestors will be contacted with availability and additional information. Requests for rentals must be at least six weeks prior to the event date. The university may not be able to guarantee space more than six months ahead of time, depending on the academic calendar.
