Room and Event Request Instructions
- 2 weeks lead time is requested for room and event requests.
- You will receive a copy of your completed form via e-mail within a matter of minutes. If you do not, please resubmit or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- On campus events will not be finalized until a room is confirmed. Additional event planning resources will be added to the events section on Udocs.
