Room and Event Request Instructions
- Two weeks lead time is requested for room and event requests.
- You will receive a copy of your completed form via email within a matter of minutes. If you do not, please resubmit or contact [email protected].
- On-campus events will not be finalized until a room is confirmed. Additional event planning resources will be added to the events section on Udocs. Students should contact Student Services with additional questions.
- There are some use restrictions for certain rooms so you are not guaranteed the room you request. Schedulers will work with you to find the best arrangement.
Step 1 – Check with your club advisor for their availability and input for your proposed event or meeting schedule. Club advisors or appropriately licensed replacements are required to attend all student meetings and events.
Step 2 – Contact Student Services with any questions about how to plan out an event.
Step 3 – Submit the room and event request form found below.
Not following the above steps may delay your event approval.
Both your club advisor and Student Services can help identify room availability. Please work with them to identify an ideal time, date, location and any extra requirements of your request.
