Human Biology

An Accelerated Pathway to Your Bachelor’s Degree

Save time and tuition by completing your Bachelor of Science in Human Biology while you are enrolled in the UWS Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) program. This pathway requires entering UWS with the equivalent of three years of bachelor’s level transfer credit (detailed requirements below), allowing you to complete your B.S. while working toward your doctoral degree.

The basic science coursework from the DC and NMD doctoral programs is dually attributed toward the B.S. in Human Biology degree. This integrated pathway strengthens your foundation in health and premedical sciences while shaving off a full year of your undergraduate studies, helping you save tuition dollars, gain hands-on experience sooner, enter the field faster, and build a lasting career in health care.
