I am the owner and CEO of three chiropractic offices located in Tacoma, Federal Way, and Kent. I have been a practicing chiropractor in Washington State for 32 years. I graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles in 1992, later completing my post-graduate work in orthopedics at Western States Chiropractic College where I completed over 400 hours in orthopedics. I was a Board of Trustees (Board) member at UWS from 2005 – 2013 and chaired the Board for one year. Furthermore, I was appointed as the Board’s Trustee Emeritus in 2024. Furthermore, I was appointed in 2000 as a Commissioner to the Washington State Department of Health, Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission (Commission). I served as the Commission’s Chairman from 2004 – 2007, continuing my tenure with the Commission by serving as a disciplinary Pro Tempore member from 2007 – 2012. I am also an approved Chiropractic Consultant and Independent Medical Examiner with WA Department of L&I. Additionally, I am a Fellow for the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards (FCLB). I hold Fellow status at the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Board due to my time spent serving the chiropractic profession. I assisted the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners as an exam writer, grader, and exam administrator. I am also an established court expert due to successfully testifying at numerous trials regarding chiropractic training, treatment and billing, chiropractic malpractice, and chiropractic standards of care. When asked, I speak at professional conferences and seminars as time allows.
