Lynne Hale

Core Faculty, Part-Time, Clinical Mental Health Counseling

Dr. Lynne Hale holds a Ph.D. in counseling from the University of North Texas and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. She has been trained in both mental health counseling and sport psychology.

Lynne has been counseling and teaching for the past 20 years in a variety of settings. Her research and counseling interests are not limited to but include performance, health, and career. Lynne enjoys the flexibility and options of the counseling field. In addition to mental health and sport counseling, she has enjoyed time as a school and career counselor both at the secondary and post-secondary environment.

Lynne enjoys spending time with her family. Her weekends are spent at the ball field watching her kids play baseball and softball. She also enjoys playing with her three dogs Rufus, Jack and Easton. For self-care, Lynne enjoys yoga, running, and reading.
