I am an early career researcher and Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). My research interests include the professional practice of sport and exercise psychology and athlete mental health, well-being, and help-seeking. Furthermore, I act as a supervisor and provide support to those pursuing the CMPC certification. As a CMPC, I consult with a wide variety of individual and team clients, across multiple different sports, from the youth to professional level. I consider myself an evidence-based practitioner and my consulting philosophy draws from aspects of person-centred therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and mental skills training. I am passionate about advancing the field of sport and exercise psychology and promoting the mental health and wellbeing of athletes through my applied practice and lines of research.
