Christine Farlow, DC, MS

HNFM Course Facilitator

Dr. Christine Farlow graduated from University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) in 1984. She practiced chiropractic and nutrition for 31 years, retiring in 2015.
Along with her practice, she authored three books on healthy eating and ingredient safety, including Food Additives: A Shopper’s Guide To What’s Safe & What’s Not and Dying to Look Good.
In addition, from 2001 to 2018, Dr. Farlow created and maintained multiple websites writing newsletters and online articles targeted to the average consumer on topics related to healthy eating, nutrition and ingredient safety.
Dr. Farlow started working part time as a course facilitator in the HNFM program in the fall of 2012 and worked her way up to full time in 2016 and becoming the lead course facilitator.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and friends, reading, watching movies with a message and going for walks.
