All UWS VeryApt members agree to adhere to the following community standards.
We are generous and helpful.
UWS VeryApt exists to meet the needs of the community and serve its members through like job postings, shadowing and mentorship opportunities, practice management, buying/selling items and general advice. The platform also houses an apartment finder for the Portland Metro area.
Our goal is to create a helpful, productive and optimistic space for meaningful interactions between our community members.
We are here with a purpose.
We’re here because we have a job to do. We want to band together to do something great as a community. We seek action, collaboration and success.

Community members are mindful of the privacy of students and patients. Content that violates FERPA or HIPAA regulations will be removed.

The VeryApt platform is designed to showcase the things you care about most, like jobs, shadowing, patient referrals, practice management and advice.

Will my personal information be private?
Yes. The UWS VeryApt platform requires very little information to create your account, and your email address can only be seen by the UWS VeryApt platform administrators and moderators in UWS office of alumni relations.
Will I get notified if someone comments on my post?
Yes. You will receive an email and/or an in-app notification whenever someone interacts with your post by commenting or sending a private message.
Can I sell my practice on the UWS VeryApt platform?
Yes. The UWS VeryApt platform is the perfect place for members of the UWS community to sell their practices. However, practice brokers are not invited to post on the UWS VeryApt platform.
Can I Use the UWS VeryApt platform on my mobile phone?
The UWS VeryApt platform is easily usable on your favorite mobile browser. Anything you can do on your desktop, you can do on your phone.
