Counseling and Student Assistance Program

All UWS students have access to the WellConnect Student Assistance Program. This free and confidential service provides you and your household members with support and referrals for counseling (in-person, phone, video and/or text), life skills, financial and legal consultation, and more.

Tutoring Services

We provide free peer-to-peer, subject-specific tutoring services to Doctor of Chiropractic, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, and Doctor of Occupational Therapy students.

Writing Tutoring

Writing tutors assist you in developing your own writing process and instruct you in using the tools and resources necessary to be a self-sufficient writer in your academic studies and beyond.

Office of Student Engagement and Events

The Office of Student Engagement and Events facilitates activities that support student well-being, including student organizations and student-led events. Contact the student engagement team at [email protected].

Associated Student Body

The Associated Student Body (ASB) serves as the student government entity, supporting the UWS mission and core values, along with the educational, professional, social, and cultural development of members. ASB meetings are open to all students.

Student Organizations

Student-led organizations are a great way to get involved, get to know your classmates, and engage with the wider UWS community.

Peer Mentorship

Each new Doctor of Chiropractic and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine student is paired with an upper-quarter classmate to help them acclimate to UWS and their new program.
