Paper Diplomas
Paper diplomas are mailed at no charge approximately two months after the end of the graduate’s final term.
Once the diploma ships, our diploma provider, Paradigm, will send an email indicating that the diplomas have shipped and with information about purchasing a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeD). CeD’s currently cost $14.95.
Please allow:
- 30 days after the advertised ship date for domestic delivery before reporting a diploma as lost.
- 90 days after the advertised ship date for international delivery before reporting a diploma as lost.
To report a lost diploma, contact the Office of the Registrar at [email protected]. Any diploma discrepancies should be reported as soon as possible.
Certified Electronic Diplomas (CeD)
University of Western States offers graduates the option to purchase a Certified Electronic Diploma (CeD) through Paradigm.
- Recent graduates will receive ordering instructions directly from Paradigm.
- Alumni who have previously graduated may order a CeD through the My Re-Order platform.
Reordering a Diploma
Additional or replacement diplomas may be ordered at any time after graduation through the My Re-Order platform.
Current fees:
- Paper diploma: $50 (includes shipping)
- Certified Electronic Diploma (CeD): $14.95
All payments are processed through PayPal.
Important Information
- Non-Receipt Policy: A replacement diploma will be issued at no charge if non-receipt is reported within 180 days of the graduation date. Requests made after the 180-day period are subject to the standard replacement fee.
- Recommendation: If you have not received your diploma within 90 days of graduation, contact the Office of the Registrar immediately.
- Diploma Records: The Office of the Registrar does not maintain physical copies of diplomas on-site.
- Diploma Design: Replacement and reordered diplomas are issued using the university’s current diploma design, including the current style, font, and administrator signatures.
