ACA - Goals for 2018-2019
ACA current big push for 2018-2019 is to give senior citizens the Medicare coverage they need and deserve: Allowing them to have full access to and reimbursement for services provided by doctors of chiropractic. This campaign to provide a Medicare bill is dependent on ACA members and supporters and donations to the National Chiropractic Legal and Legislative Action Fund (NCLAF). Two big bills we will push for in DC this year will be Tricare and Medicare Recent big achievement – “Travel to Treat” Legislation that passed in the House last year has finally passed in the U.S. Senate – This allows medical providers to cross over state lines to work with their athletic teams, and allowing them to practice under there licensed state licensure! This is huge for our profession!
