Dr. Owen Lynch is a 1986 graduate of Western States Chiropractic College. He has been the director of various incarnations of what is now the UWS Downtown Clinic since 1989. Dr. Lynch is a board member of the Coalition of Community Health Clinics. Dr. Lynch has acted as a volunteer or board member for the Coalition since 1990. The Coalition is a network of thirteen private, non-profit, safety net clinics throughout Multnomah County.
