Kristin Hudy was born and raised in Regina, SK, Canada. She attended the University of Regina where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with a major in human kinetics. Kristin became interested in the chiropractic field during her time as a world competitive cheerleader. During this time, she frequently visited a chiropractor to assist with musculoskeletal injuries to ensure she could continue to compete at a high level. Through her experiences, Kristin knew she wanted to pursue a career in health care. Kristin has a passion for helping others reach their potential and believes chiropractic will allow her to be successful in achieving this goal. Kristin hopes to be involved in creating a future where more individuals are knowledgeable about their health, able to make well-informed health decisions, and are able to live more pain-free lives.
Kristin chose UWS due to the school’s high accreditation and evidence-based reputation. When researching schools, she believed UWS would give her the well-rounded approach to health she was looking for. The school also does a great job of creating a positive student experience and has very friendly and knowledgeable teaching staff.
