Bethany Kouba is the academic records specialist in the registrar’s office at UWS. She has held various positions within higher education institutions for the past 20 years. Born and raised in Massachusetts, she moved to Oregon with her husband in 2009 after spending 11 years in Arizona. Outside of work, Bethany is a huge movie buff and enjoys going on adventures with her husband in their boat and camper.
