Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) Cranial Technique

Cranial Palpation, Sphenobasilar Range of Motion, Craniomandibular Motion Technique 

(8 Hours) – October 7, 2017

 

Cranial anatomy and physiology, cranial bone ranges of motion and palpation, CSF physiology, flow and palpation. sphenobasilar ranges of motion, cranial mandibular motion technique, evaluation and palpation exercises to be integrated into practice immediately. No prerequisite.

 

SACRO OCCIPITAL TECHNIQUE (SOT) CRANIAL CERTIFICATION SERIES

SOT® cranial technique helps chiropractors and students build their therapeutic toolbox with various methods to evaluate and treat patients with a myriad of presentations. These four seminars will help you build an understanding of cranial bone functional anatomy and physiology and how to palpate cranial bone, sutural, and meningeal tension patterns. The seminars will give a comprehensive overview cranial therapeutic applications and how to assess and treat various types of TMJ disorder presentations and co-treat with dentists.  Condition specific protocols utilizing cranial techniques are also taught along with balancing meningeal imbalances. The information in these four classes will give you everything you need to sit for your SOT Cranial Certification examination.

SOT Cranial Technique – Sutural & TMJ Protocols (12 hours) – December 2-3, 2017
Classic DeJarnette Sutural Technique, how to treat difficult sacroiliac conditions cranially, complete TMJ protocols, how to work with dentists in your SOT cranial practice. Learn how to assess airway compromise, sleep apnea, and TMD related rehabilitative exercises. No prerequisite.

SOT Cranial Technique – SOT Cranial Specifics (12 hours) – January 13-14, 2018
Integrating condition-specific procedures into the SOT cranial practice. Advanced procedures to be used in conjunction with SOT category work and basic cranial procedures to address more complex patterns. Techniques for blood pressure, asthma, sinus congestion, headaches and ear problems are some topics included. No prerequisite.

SOT Cranial Technique – SOT Cranial Intra-Oral Meningeal Balancing (8 hours) – February 3, 2018
How to diagnose and treat cranial meningeal imbalance utilizing intra-oral adjusting procedures for frontal, temporal and occipital craniodural imbalance. Familiarity of SOT Category work and Cranial Basics is recommended, but there is no prerequisite for this class.
