Students First Emergency Relief Fund Yard Sale

May 28 from 12 – 4 p.m.
May 29 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Please join us for a yard sale of items from the 132nd Avenue University of Western States campus. Items include office, event and chiropractic equipment. All funds raised during the yard sale will go toward the Students First Emergency Relief Fund. All items must go by 1 p.m. on May 29!

For safety precautions and to allow for social distancing, those who would like to shop the yard sale must sign up for a specific time slot via Microsoft Bookings. These time slots are first-come, first-served. Members of the UWS community only.

What’s the Students First Emergency Relief Fund?
UWS will launch a May 2020 fundraising campaign inviting all community members to contribute for student needs during the pandemic. 100% of proceeds raised will be distributed to students in summer term 2020.

By participating in the University of Westerns States Student Emergency Relief Fund Yard Sale, Purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions of the sale by University of Western States (“Seller”). DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY Purchaser understands and agrees that all items are sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” basis. SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE ITEMS SOLD INCLUDING MAKING NO WARRANTY THAT THE ITEMS SOLD WILL BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ONLY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION MADE BY SELLER IS A WARRANTY THAT SELLER IS THE OWNER OF THE ITEMS SOLD. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability whatsoever resulting from the possession, use or disposition of the items sold. Seller will have no liability with respect to the items sold to Purchaser, including having no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Purchaser further understands and agrees that Chiropractic equipment is intended for use by licensed professionals and any use of the equipment in the delivery of a regulated professional service without a license is prohibited by law. INDEMNIFICATION. Purchaser hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, settlements, losses, damages, penalties, obligations and expenses, including attorney’s fees and expenses and other professional fees and expenses, incurred or suffered by such person arising from, by reason of, or in connection with any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising from, by reason of or in connection with the items sold hereunder. This indemnification shall survive any subsequent sale or other transfer of the Goods to a third party.
