Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport and Performance Psychology Virtual Open House

The University of Western States invites you to attend an Open House for our Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport and
Performance Psychology programs on Wednesday, January 11 from 1 – 2 p.m. Pacific Time. Register here.The University of Western States clinical mental health counseling graduate program (MS-CMHC) emphasizes a systems approach in which students consider the influence of families, groups, teams, and organizations on individual mental health and performance. They also incorporate sport and performance content in the curriculum.The sport and performance psychology programs train students in motivation, performance enhancement, and the ability to maximize human potential. The SPP programs include a Master of Science (MS), a Doctorate of Education (EdD), and a graduate certificate. These options allow students to meet their specific career goals and educational needs.

This open house will cover the following:

• Integration of sport, performance psychology, and counseling in UWS graduate degree programs
• What degree is right for me? Concentrations and specialization in clinical mental health counseling
• Student panel with Q & A
