​ Spinal Tap Coffee

The Spinal Tap Kiosk is located adjacent to the University bookstore. 

The kiosk serves organic, fair trade coffee and espresso and uses hormone free dairy products in all its drinks.  The kiosk serves local Dragonfly Chai, and soy and almond milk are available as milk alternatives if necessary.  The flavored syrups do not contain high fructose corn syrup, and Organic chocolate is used in all mochas and hot chocolate drinks.  

Fresh pastries, traditional and wheat-free, made by the Chiro café, are offered daily.

Monday - Thursday: 7:15 a.m to 4 p.m.
Friday:                    7:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
