Transfer & Articulation Agreements
Articulation Agreements
Articulation Agreements are formal agreements between two
or more colleges and universities to accept credits in transfer toward a
specific academic program.
The University of Western States maintains
articulation agreements with a handful of undergraduate colleges and
universities. These agreements are designed for students who intend to pursue
their chiropractic education at UWS and want to receive a degree from their
undergraduate institution.
If your school is not listed, please contact the
admissions office for details on how we might add your undergraduate institution
to this list.
Current articulation agreements:
Avila University, Kansas City, MO
Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck and Madison, NJ
Portland State University, Portland, OR
Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR
UWS DC credits are transferred back to the
undergraduate institution to fulfill requirements for completion of the
bachelor’s degree, thus allowing a student to complete their baccalaureate
degree and doctor of chiropractic degree in one less year than the normal time
to complete each degree individually.
